Ottep and Kate first met last February 2020, and they instantly clicked. Soon after, the world slowed down because of COVID, but that didn't stop them from getting to know each other. They kept talking, continued seeing each other, and their connection only grew stronger.

By September 2020, Ottep asked Kate to be his girlfriend in Tagaytay, with the beautiful view of Taal right in front of them. That was where their story truly began. Since then, they've enjoyed countless food trips, slow weekends, and adventures together.

Over the years, they became more than just partners, they became best friends. They built a relationship sharing the same humor, little habits, and plans for the future.

Last September 2025, Ottep proposed at the top of a mountain in Siquijor during their anniversary trip. It was their first time there, and being surrounded by nature made the moment even more meaningful. Looking back, it felt like the perfect place to take the next step in their journey. Now, on February 6, 2027, they're excited to begin their next chapter together as husband and wife.
